New funding for mentoring Croydon’s young people

The Mayor of London has written detailing a new £10m investment in high-quality mentoring activities for young Londoners, made possible by higher than expected business rate returns.

Through the Mayor’s New Deal for Young People, City Hall will ensure that 100,000 disadvantaged young Londoners can access this mentoring. The New Deal has already impacted Croydon: Sadiq Khan has invested £950,000 in our borough already, enabling organisations to reach over 1100 young people.
